These terms define the baseline rules for using TogetLink, including accounts, check-ins, subscriptions, professional conduct and platform limitations.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of their account.

No guarantees

TogetLink does not guarantee meetings, jobs, investments, clinical outcomes or venue safety.

Respectful conduct

Harassment, impersonation, manipulation and unsafe behavior are not allowed.

Subscriptions

Paid features must be presented with clear pricing, renewal and cancellation information.

Eligibility

You may use TogetLink only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these terms. If you use the platform for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.

Account and profile information

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and avoid misleading professional claims. You may not impersonate another person, venue, employer or organization.

  • Do not share passwords or verification codes
  • Do not create fake accounts
  • Do not misrepresent employment, credentials or authority

Check-ins and meetings

Check-ins are user-provided context signals. A venue check-in does not mean that a person is guaranteed to meet, available for contact or endorsed by the venue. Meeting requests, contact visibility and professional introductions should depend on user or organization approval.

  • No stalking or unwanted approach
  • No pressure after a declined or ignored request
  • No publishing another person's private location or contact details

Acceptable use

You may not use TogetLink for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, exploitative, harassing or unsafe activity. We may restrict, suspend or remove access when needed to protect users, comply with law or preserve platform integrity.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans, if offered, may include Pro, Business Pro or Enterprise capabilities. Pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refund rules should be shown at checkout or in the billing interface before payment.

Platform limitations

TogetLink is not an employment agency, recruitment guarantee, medical service, therapy service, emergency service, legal service, financial advisor or investment platform. Any professional decision remains the user's responsibility.

  • No clinical diagnosis or treatment
  • No guarantee that a public venue is safe or suitable

Content moderation

We may remove content, restrict reach or take account action when content violates these terms, legal obligations or safety standards. Where required, we may provide notice or appeal paths appropriate to the context.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the product, email or another reasonable channel.
